Stages of
macaroni Queen manufacturing: |

1- The stage of:
compressing, kneading, and forming. |
|
-
Manufacture process is automatically
controlled, where the best kinds of flour is mixed with
water, using filters, in order to purify water. |
|
- The
pasta dough is compressed and formed to give 61 shapes:
spaghetti, marble, oven pasta …etc. |
|

2- The stage of drying |
|
The
macaroni is dried gradually. Small macaroni is dried for
195mins, and spaghetti for 185mins, through several
driers (2-3 driers), according to the macaroni size, as
shown
